Second slot M.2 Nvm disables First Slot M.2 Nvme

nvm slot Hi Guys, recently I installed a SKHynix 256Gb in the second slot of my Motherboard which is NVME Gen 3 PCIe Gen 3.0. I bought a new PC with 2 nvme slots and I bought a new SSD for it but it didn't come with a screw. It's a B560 DS3H AC motherboard.
